Welcome to Cancer Society Nepal

Cancer Society Nepal, a registered charitable Voluntary organization, was established in Nepal in 2061 B.S. (2004 A.D.). The organization works towards helping cancer patients and their families with the crisis in their lives. It is the objective of CSN to immune patients that cancer does not necessarily mean death, and it is possible to overcome the disease and lead a full life. In line with its objectives, CSN has been organizing different activities regarding cancer prevention and cancer control and have planned to establish Cancer Hospital and Rehabilitation Center soon, with the objective of helping poor and needy cancer patients and their relatives find gainful and appropriate employment. We have been providing complete assistance and support to cancer patients beyond that given by the medical professional that is taking holistic approach.

Curative Programs

Our plan is to increase the number of branches to all 75 districts of Nepal to help the cancer patients. The organization has been functioning as a catalyst to develop the facilities for the treatment of cancer in Nepal.

Volunteers are vital to the work of the Cancer Society in supporting both the organization and the people affected by cancer. Volunteers add value, enabling Society to carry out its different activities and provide services far beyond those our budget would allow. Volunteers are the most important and highly valued resource, respected by the Cancer Society and the community they serve.
